1989- Successfully litigated the first private nuisance lawsuit against a liquor establishment in Pennsylvania and closed two nuisance bars in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
1984 – Represented the Concerned Citizens of Pennllyn, Pennsylvania in a Zoning dispute that denied a developer permission to build in a flood plain.
1995- Filed a class action against the City of Philadelphia in the 39th District Police Scandal that led to major reforms in Police Discipline and Procedure in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
1995 – Argued the case of Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v.Thomas W.Hawkins, Jr., before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and reversed a Death Penalty Case.
1995 -1997- General Counsel for Dr.Warren E. Smith Mental Health Center;
1993 – 1995 – 0utside litigation Counsel for General Motors handling Lemon Law litigation.
1995-2000- Arbitration Judge for the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County;
1993- Appointed Master in Divorce Cases for the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County by several Family Court Judges.
1988- 1990- appointed as neutral arbitrator by the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County in uninsured Motorist Arbitration cases.
2005- Appointed Special Judge for Memphis City Court and presided over Traffic Cases.
2006- IV D Attorney for Juvenile Court of Memphis and Shelby County- litigated Contempt cases, Paternity Docket, Settlement Conferences and assigned legal matters.
